The local post was established
in Panama City, Florida in June 12, 2012 by stamp collector Douglas Sandler. Mr. Sandler wanted to see himself on a postage
stamp that would go through the mail. Mr. Sandler also wants to foster interest in stamp collecting. The stamps are primarily
for the stamp collectors own use and some will be sold.
